General Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Subscription

Products
Products are for example, sessions, packages of sessions, packages, education programs, retreats, recordings etc.
Products are delivered digitally via email, as physical courses or events, or by post or courier. Please check your spam folder for digitally delivered products.
Products can be purchased using both VISA and Mastercard.
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Digital Delivery
Delivery usually occurs within a few minutes, but in rare cases, it may take up to 5 business days.
Subscriptions and Installment Payments
For subscriptions and installment plans, the price stated on the product page will be automatically charged for each subscription period or installment. A receipt will be sent via email, and it is your responsibility to save this.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription once it has been activated.
I cannot make special accommodations for certain spam filters or email addresses, so it is your own responsibility to ensure you receive my emails. If you encounter any issues, you are of course always welcome to contact me.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself or by clicking the link included in each invoice. The cancellation takes immediate effect, and no further charges will be made. However, already issued invoices must still be paid. You may also cancel by writing to Info@martinduxbury.com.
Installment Plans
By signing up, you commit to paying the full amount, even if you chose to pay in installments.
Changing Payment Card
If you wish to update the card used for your subscription or installment plan, you can do so by logging into your account or using the link in any invoice.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, contact me at Info@martinduxbury.com to receive a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered goods and services once they are accessed, as they cannot be returned. The product is considered accessed when you have completed the payment, received your invoice, and thereby gained access to the course or online workshop.
By purchasing a subscription, you consent to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.
For workshops, events, and programs (both online and physical), cancellations made less than 1 month before the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
For retreats, there is the normal 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the start of the retreat is sooner.
Joining a retreat and taking one of a limited number of seats, is a committment, and payment of any deposit or payment is non refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
Digital Products
Digital products are yours to keep indefinitely, unless otherwise stated or until the subscription is canceled. We are not obligated to host the material forever. It is the buyer’s responsibility to download and back up the material in case access is lost. We will always provide at least 14 days’ notice if access is to be closed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain and update the email address used for such notices.
Access to Digital Products
You will receive a separate email with your login credentials.
NOTE: Save these credentials, as you will need them to access your materials at any time.
You log in using the email you used at purchase or your Simplero ID.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via the login page.
You also have access to your material via the “Simplero” app, available in app stores.
Rights
All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to Martin Duxbury.
By purchasing, you obtain only a license to use the product as stated on the specific product page.
All text, graphics, images, audio, and other content on this website are protected by copyright law. Martin Duxbury reserves all rights to the content, including the right to exploit the content for text and data mining in accordance with Section 11b of the Danish Copyright Act and Article 4 of the DSM Directive.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any dispute between Martin Duxbury and the customer must first be attempted resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute must be resolved in accordance with Danish law at the court in Århus as the court of first instance.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Martin Duxbury reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without individual notice. The current terms and conditions will always be available on the website. All customers are encouraged to stay informed of any updates.
